The ERSEA Specialist reports to the ERSEA/Family and Community Engagement/ Program Governance Manager. In conjunction with the ERSEA/Family and Community Engagement/ Program Governance Manager the specialist collaborates with Center-Based and Home-Based staff ensuring that staff follows and reinforces Agency policies, Office of Head Start Program Performance Standards (HSPPS), and State and Federal Law.
This position will provide regular reflective supervision, coaching, observations, and feedback for staff to provide high quality comprehensive Head Start services. Works closely with the HS management team to ensure provision of quality services for children and families through on-going monitoring and program improvement process.
