For more than one hundred years, the Center for Transforming Lives (CTL) has given participants and their families the tools they need to break the cycle of poverty. Each year, CTL works with over 3,000 people from more than 1,000 families in Tarrant County to provide comprehensive services no matter where they are on their journey from poverty to prosperity. CTL's services are trauma-informed, two-generational, and incorporate best practices rooted in nationally backed research to ensure women and children achieve long-term success.
Center for Transforming Lives has an immediate opening on our Economic Mobility Services leadership team for the role of Microenterprise Program Coordinator (MPC).
At Center for Transforming Lives, our innovative and collaborative teams work to build better futures for women and children experiencing homelessness. As a Microenterprise Program Coordinator (MPC), you will facilitate individual and group micro-enterprise coaching and education following the Co-Active Coaching Model that ensures program participants receive quality technical assistance that promotes a successful microenterprise, while data tracking and evaluation continue to inform program development and will ensure the program is delivered in a manner consistent with program design and monitor outcome measurements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree; ideally in business administration or entrepreneurship; other disciplines acceptable with at least two years of business-related experience. At least two years of experience working with individuals living in poverty. Must have experience using virtual platforms for individual and group meetings. Business ownership experience is a plus.
