Center for Transforming Lives has an immediate opening in our growing Housing Services program for a Rapid Rehousing (RRH) Case Manager. Come be a part of an innovative team that does whatever it takes to create success for families experiencing homelessness.
The RRH Case Manager position provides leadership in partnering with families and appropriate others in the community to assure that the needs of a designated caseload of families are adequately addressed. The RRH Case Manager in partnership with the Tarrant County Homeless Coalition (TCHC) will provide Rapid Rehousing (RRH) services with ESG funding. Additionally, the RRH Case Manager will assure that the services delivered to the family are individualized, appropriate to need, family focused, culturally competent, strengths based, and goal driven.
Qualified candidates will have:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field; a Master’s Degree is preferred
Two years of experience working with families experiencing complex traumas such as homelessness, poverty, substance abuse, various forms of victimization and mental health issues
Experience in the area of social services and in-depth knowledge of available community resources is required.
