Center for Transforming Lives has an immediate opening in our growing Housing Services program for a Rapid Rehousing Program Manager. The RRH Program Manager position provides leadership in partnering with families and appropriate others in the community to assure that the needs of a designated caseload of families are adequately addressed. The RRH Program Manager has the responsibility to:
Collaborate with the Director of Housing Services to assure program capacity is managed in strict adherence to monthly census projections and planned/unplanned discharges. Communicate contract compliance obstacles to the Director of Housing Services timely.
Regularly and consistently monitor for the timely receipt and management of referrals from Tarrant County Homeless Coalitions (TCHC) Coordinated Entry (CE) Process. RRH applicants are contacted within 24 business hours of receipt and eligibility meeting is scheduled within 7 business days from the date the referral was received as defined in Program Policy and Procedure.
Ensure internal tracking mechanisms are updated immediately after a status change occurs. A status change includes but is not limited to entry, admission and exit dates, income and income source at entry and exit, and lease-up dates.
Provide individual and or group supervision in adherence to program Policy and Procedure. Assess for the clinical and basic needs of participants and available community resources.
Promote professional development through the execution of Agency-wide and/or program specific training plans and ongoing in-service trainings. Support and enhance employees’ ability to perform their jobs by coaching and modeling.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of grant/contract requirements, budgets, and outputs, and monitor for compliance. Manage the Residential Housing Services programs within the parameters of the Agency budget and applicable grant budgets. Regularly and consistently track and monitor grant expenditures. Assist with writing and or updating grants.
Review and analyze profit and loss statements. Attend and actively participate in monthly budget review meetings.
Complete and submit monthly/quarterly reports to the Director of Housing Services and/or respective funders timely.
Qualified candidates will have:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field is required
Two years of experience managing a grant funded program serving individual/families with histories of homelessness, trauma, and victimization.
High regard and ability to meet schedules and timelines; demonstrate excellent ability to assess for clinical needs and work independently.
Knowledge of Windows operating system and Office products, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to learn and use any other software programs necessary for the office.
