Fort Worth, Texas - Center for Transforming Lives has been named a Best Company to Work For by Fort Worth, Inc. magazine. The magazine announced this year’s 50 best companies to work for at an event on Thursday at River Ranch in the Stockyards.
The annual survey and awards program is a project between Fort Worth Inc. and Workforce Research Group. The two-part survey consists of both an employer assessment that captures details about policies and practices regarding benefits, professional development, culture and more as well as an anonymous employee feedback survey that captures employees’ opinions about their workplace experience.
“This award is more than a title,” said Carol Klocek, President and CEO of Center for Transforming Lives. “It reflects the culture we’ve built together as a team and the employees who bring our mission to life every day. We believe that when we invest in our employees, we strengthen our ability to transform the lives of children, mothers and families across our community.
