Clinical Therapist - CVTI Adult

The Center for Transforming Lives is currently seeking a Full time Adult Clinical Therapist. Join a collaborative team that provides trauma informed and evidenced based counseling to a growing agency focused on women and their children on their journey from poverty and homelessness to prosperity.

The Clinical Therapist is responsible for providing high quality trauma informed clinical services to eligible Program Participants and families. The Clinical Therapist evaluates and maintains treatment records, conducts assessments, develops and implements therapeutic treatment plans, and completes ongoing clinical documentation in accordance with funder requirements and all local, state, and federal guidelines. The Clinical Therapist may also act as a resource in training and consulting with CTL employees and partner agencies.

Qualified candidates will have a master’s degree from an accredited university or college with a major in counseling, social work, or psychology; and one of the following clinical licensures: LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or any Associate’s licensure with preferably two years of post-master’s clinical experience providing clinical services to adults and children. Additionally, considered candidates will have knowledge and experience in Trauma-Informed Care. Bi-lingual preferred, but not required.

Primarily office conditions, however local travel is required. Flexible scheduling will be required. Evenings, early morning and weekend work may be required with this position. Flexibility in hours will be determined in consultation with the Clinical Director.
