Chief Philanthropy Officer

Join a transformational community of innovative and determined leaders creating a high-impact environment working alongside women and their children on their journey from poverty to prosperity. As the head of fundraising, communications and marketing, this individual leads and galvanizes efforts to engage and generate community wide support for Transforming Lives. Your time will be spent primarily face-to-face with members of the community in revenue generation, followed by management and strategy, and communications. You will coach a growing team in this expanding organization and leverage the CEO and board members, in order to raise $2MM+ annually from private sources.

Ideal candidates embrace the realities of relationship focused development. Successful track record with major gifts and other forms of fundraising required. We are looking for a person who has:

  • Bachelor degree or higher plus five years of successful experience;
  • High level of energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail;
  • Growth mindset;
  • Highly developed external relationship skills;
  • High degree of trustworthiness, efficiency and confidence.
